“Stay Composed”<\/strong><\/p>\n

There’s something so deep in my heart
\nin each cell of me,
\nswimming along this river of the night so dark,
\nspeaking to another century.<\/p>\n

I am the hand that swims through your sea
\nfor some missing piece of gold.
\nI am the rose that blooms from your seed
\nIn a deep, hidden story that’s never been told.<\/p>\n

The infant child was born
\nI try to put these things together piece by piece
\nacross the sea, on the yonder shore
\nbut they already exist together here inside of me<\/p>\n

This bed, the planets that are in our head,
\nthe love that we saw with our eyes but never said,
\nare all made from the same substance, transcendent of time or place,
\nthat is neither alive nor dead.<\/p>\n

I’m Mercury, and your Venus,
\nand that’s so, hermetically speaking,
\nnothing ever comes between us.<\/p>\n

And sometimes it feels like, when we’re quiet like this, quietly Dancing with the moon
\nthat anything that we wish for, deep in our hearts,
\nwill come true.<\/p>\n

What’s inside this fly, what makes it go
\nIs more information, more mystery than the whole world
\nunderstands or knows.<\/p>\n

I can’t give you what you desire,
\nAnd I can’t give you what you need.
\nBut I can take you to that place that is even higher
\nWhere, for the first time, you will finally see.<\/p>\n
